With reference to the decision of the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury, that the Superannuation allowances hereafter to be granted to the Civil Servants in Hong Kong shall be paid from the local Revenue, I feel called upon in justice to this Colony to offer a few remarks.
